At Musef Sales Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through our website.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

  • The request for return is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices included.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Electronic components (such as sensors, ICs, resistors, capacitors, etc.) once opened.

  • Custom PC builds or custom-assembled systems, unless there is a verified hardware defect.

  • DIY kits or accessories that have been used, tampered with, or physically damaged.

  • Items sold under clearance or “non-returnable” categories.


2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@musefsales.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide the following details in your email:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Images or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

You are required to pack the product securely to prevent damage during return transit.


3. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., customer no longer wants the item), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit during return.


4. INSPECTION & APPROVAL

After receiving your returned item, our quality inspection team will examine it.

  • If the item meets our return conditions, we will notify you of the approval of your refund or replacement.

  • If the item fails inspection (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), it will be sent back to you at your cost without a refund.


5. REFUND METHOD

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (via Razorpay or other gateways used at checkout).

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.


6. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@musefsales.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • For prepaid orders, canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period, please check with your bank or payment provider.
