1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom PC builds or made-to-order items may require additional processing time of 5–10 business days, depending on component availability.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, or equivalent courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

  • Custom PC Builds: 7–14 business days (due to assembly and testing time)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service efficiency, and unforeseen factors like weather, strikes, or regional restrictions.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Orders above a specified value (if applicable) may qualify for free shipping — such offers will be displayed on our website.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or heavy/oversized items.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to track your shipment status in real time.


5. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us at support@musefsales.com with your order number.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events beyond our control, but we will make every reasonable effort to assist you.


6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct while placing your order.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.


7. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

We take utmost care in packaging and handling.
If you receive a damaged package or product, please do the following:

  • Take photos and videos of the package and product immediately upon receipt.

  • Do not discard the packaging material.

  • Notify us at support@musefsales.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the evidence and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders can only be shipped within India. Future updates will be announced on our website.
